Upgrade your drivetrain with precision-engineered CNC machined gears, built for strength, durability and performance tuning.
Designed for riders who want to fine-tune how their board rides, these gears are available in two options depending on your preferred setup.
66T Gear (Torque Focused)
Delivers maximum torque and control, ideal for strong acceleration, hill climbing and all-terrain riding.
58T Gear (Speed Focused)
Built for higher top speeds with a smoother, more progressive acceleration curve. Perfect for faster all-terrain riding and open paths.
Important:
These gears are sold as gears only and do not include belts.
You must purchase the correct belts separately:
• 66T requires GT-001 belts
• 58T requires GT-007 belts
Please note these CNC gears will only fit the SuperCarve 2 trucks and Renegade trucks.

All our boards are sent through Startrack or TNT Road Freight. Our boards must be handled as dangerous goods due to Australian lithium battery regulations which may require a mandatory overnight holding period, which can affect shipping times. These packages are not tracked as well as standard post so please use the below transit times as a rough guide.
We are unable to ship skateboards and batteries to Parcel Lockers, P.O. Boxes, Military Bases or temporary accommodation. Please provide us with a home/work address and ensure your billing/shipping address is correct.

Perfect upgrade belts, run quieter and looks way cool
I'll skip the part where I talk about the use of the gear. EVOLVE made it. You should know by now it's going to work perfectly. What I'm going to speak of is the look. WOW! It's a thing of beauty. They have two sizes. After ordering one and seeing it, I bought the other size. I have one set, which isn't being used on my RENEGADE hanging on the wall. It's like an art piece. So, you want my advice? Don't buy one, BUY BOTH!
The CNC gear calmed down the chartter and noise the stock gear. better on the belts as well.
Look and work great
I had high hopes but disappointed! They made that annoying click from friction sound with rotation and overall just louder operation even with new belts. Similar to how the bearings will click from friction inside the wheels but solved with a little grease . Grease only temporarily works for the gear to wheel contact. The CNC gears have less surface area contact compared to the plastic, assuming to keep the weight down. I put the original plastic gears back on and very quiet. Oh well! Still love this thing! Just wish I can get a reliable remote that will charge! Strike two with that! Grr!
Hi Sean, As there is always a slight variation in the size of each individual hub, sometimes just rotating and installing the pair from the opposite end of the board is enough to tweak this issue. If you are still unhappy with the CNC gears we can offer you a refund. Please reach out to your local support team for further assistance.

I put on the new motor you sent (thank you!) and something still buzzes when I make a right turn under power. Nothing rubs; like tires into the board, or the belt, but something isn’t right. No problem turning left under power.
Here’s the video I just shot.
Could it be the new controller?

Do you need to make any changes to the remote settings after installing gears to keep the range and speed correct?

Hey, the CNC 66T drive gear won’t fit your GTX Bamboo 2 in 1. It only works with SuperCarve and newer truck setups, so it’s not compatible with the older models. Let us know if you need help finding the right parts.
