DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All our boards are sent through Startrack or TNT Road Freight. Our boards must be handled as dangerous goods due to Australian lithium battery regulations which may require a mandatory overnight holding period, which can affect shipping times. These packages are not tracked as well as standard post so please use the below transit times as a rough guide.
We are unable to ship skateboards and batteries to Parcel Lockers, P.O. Boxes, Military Bases or temporary accommodation. Please provide us with a home/work address and ensure your billing/shipping address is correct.

My buddy had a bad charger and blew his charge port- then, checking to see if the charger was the issue- he tried it on my board and it zapped my charge port, too. After trying to fix it w/the new charge port sent from EVOLVE, the battery was damaged. I sent the board in to EVOLVE, which took care of me- happened pretty quickly and sent my board back w/a brand new battery- covered by my warranty! Thank you, Team Evolve Skateboards USA for being, Awesome!

Good power and range from this battery - but a little heavy.
Didn’t realize just how much the previous battery had been degraded till plugging this baddy into the board. My charge last so much longer. It’s going to take me further than ever now.
Only had the board for 2 years and I live in MN. Meaning I can only ride it a few months out of the year. And that didn't happen that much cause I work. A LOT of money for the Hadean Bamboo with conversion and now I can't ride it for more than 20 minutes. Battery drops to 60% and dies. For that kind of money and a known issue with the battery for that model... I would think there would be some grace. If it were 3+ years and some negligent abuse... I'd understand... but just 2 years, never riding through wet conditions, storing it half charged long periods, not leaving it plugged in after it's fully charged??? I definitely won't buy another when there are WAY cheaper brands that perform well enough for the "fun" riding that I do. Too bad... I really do like the board. But... not again. Probably the reason the model is discontinued...

So when I did have an issue with my Diablo, putting me out of action on a Saturday, Evolve had worked out the issue and had shipped me a replacement battery by 8 am on Tuesday morning….. considering the Tuesday morning in question was Christmas Eve- this is truly a brilliant company. I love their products, and their service is exceptional!
The tech support is top notch, helped me diagnose the issues i was having and sent the parts i needed in a timely manner!

Replaced the travel battery on my GTR Bamboo with a standard battery. Now we can ride to forever and back. It was easy to install and came with the bolts to attach. The Evolve team customer service and knowledge is outstanding. I have 2 boards and been riding 2 years. Evolve Skateboards has given me a connection with my crew. We can enjoy riding together for years to come. Wendy

I kinda ordered the Stoke battery, I remember paying $440, which is the Stoke bat, plus delivery. I'm certain the battery works just fine, just not so much in a Stoke.
