DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All our boards are sent through Startrack or TNT Road Freight. Our boards must be handled as dangerous goods due to Australian lithium battery regulations which may require a mandatory overnight holding period, which can affect shipping times. These packages are not tracked as well as standard post so please use the below transit times as a rough guide.
We are unable to ship skateboards and batteries to Parcel Lockers, P.O. Boxes, Military Bases or temporary accommodation. Please provide us with a home/work address and ensure your billing/shipping address is correct.

This is significantly different from the R2 version. Such an improvement for a smoother ride. Pic of my old one and now the new.

Awesome piece of kit for sure , unfortunately my e board (GT) no longer goes due to the battery been abit long in the tooth . Tried to purchase a new one but told they no longer supply GT & GTX batteries ....... real bummer , now probably sell my whole kit , REMOTE & all , no point in keeping it .......dead weight

Upon ordering a new remote I was upset to find I had been sent a second hand item. When I brought it to the attention of customer service I was then sent a new remote which did not work. I was offered the option of paying 60% of the cost of a new remote to keep the second hand remote (which did work) or send the new remote back for replacement. Pretty sloppy all round.

At first the remote wouldn’t pair, so I reached out to customer support. They responded within 24 hours with a technique to switch to V2 and the remote paired immediately. 20 miles on the board in the last two days and it’s working great!
Works as expected. Would have been 5 stars if it came with instructions to connect. Took a bit of googling and experimenting but was still pretty simple.
It's alot better than the older remotes that's for sure. I'm very happy with my purchase and with the company.

I bought my Bamboo GT second hand, the controller had been through some tough times. The replacement is an amazing improvement, thank you Evolve.
Received a new Phaze remote after the previous one developed a fault with charging. New one works brilliantly and the service to replace was excellent and expedient. Kudos to the Evolve team for such brilliant customer service!
I have purchased 2 of the devices and spent hours trying to get technical support. The Remotes are in the mail back to the shop for evaluation
