Great bit of kit. Low profile and do the job. A bit tight around the bicep but you get used to it. Not too hot during summer riding. Will easily go under long sleeve shirts for the colder months.

I haven't thankfully had to test out how much protection these pads give but compared to the usual type of f hard shell external pads, these are way more comfortable and the padding insert seems that it would take a lot of the shock in a fall.

The main reason I got these was because of the zip which makes it much easier to put on and take off. Most of the time you already have your shoes on so with these, you don't have to struggle pulling them over your shoe or having to take your shoes off. I figured, if they are easier and more comfortable to use, I'm more likely to use them and that's a good thing.

Pads fit snug and stay where they are meant to. Lightweight and don’t get to hot.

These items are great I haven’t tested them yet but I feel safer with them on and they fit me nice

Really like these knee pads! I don’t get too hot and sweaty on these and they are super comfortable. Zips are awesome. If the elbow pads came in a size: S I’d snap them up too.

I went with the Zip-through knee pads, such a good feature being able to zip them on/off easily without having to remove your shoes like most other designs. Zip is very flexible and not noticeable at all when wearing the pads. Has handy loops to hold the velco straps when they are undone. Very good quality!

Easy to use and comfortable to wear

I’ve not fallen off using these yet, but there does seem to be a nice strong piece of padding in front of the knee. Similar density to what you find in a motorcycle jacket I guess.

I purchased the ZIP knee guards only, as I wanted to be able to remove them when resting on long rides without having to remove l my shoes.

They slide on easy enough, but if you’re zipping them up they require a bit of effort to hold it together to allow the zipper to move. Pretty comfy though otherwise, the inside of the leg (top and bottom) has a rubber/silicone strip that holds onto your leg to stop it from sliding up or down (which doesn’t pull on leg hairs for the boys).
It also has a super stretchy elastic strap that runs behind your knee to adjust the fit.

The only negative I’ve found is that their sizes run small - when ordering I recommend going a size up from what is recommended on their size guide as I had to swap mine for a larger set.

These elbow pads are absolutely unreal. They are so comfortable you will forget they are there at all.

Head to Gold Coast to try on product at shop. Size chart is out!!!!
Definitely the x large in size.
If you have big legs and arms

These feel very comfortable and don't make you sense that you have too much padding. They look great and double up as knee support - I have a dodgy knee from playing too much soccer - With a grey pair of shorts, they are completely inconspicuous. With a zipper on the side, they zip off quickly, though you're not able to zip them on too easily and best to zip them up first and wear them on like you pull up your socks. Of course, they are for safety, protecting my knees from the dreadful pavement if I ever need to fall, and not for knee support or looks, so I haven't yet fallen while wearing these, I hope that I never do. But you can never be so sure! A bit pricey but at what price do you place on these in the case I ever do fall.

These things are low profile and flexible. I do think I bought 2 size too small as they are a little tight, however, they are still comfy and don't go anywhere once on.
